Coaching Services
- AAMIRSFI provides structured, personalized fitness coaching based on the NASM OPT model.
- Coaching includes workout plans, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle improvement suggestions.
- Services may be delivered via in-person sessions, online platforms, or hybrid formats.
Client Eligibility
- Clients must be 18 years or older or have parental consent if underage.
- Clients should disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or medications before commencing the program.
- AAMIRSFI reserves the right to deny services if deemed unsafe or inappropriate based on health disclosures.
Health & Safety Disclaimer
- The client understands that participation in fitness programs involves physical exertion and assumes full responsibility for any risks or injuries incurred.
- AAMIRSFI is not liable for any health complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow guidance.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients are expected to follow the workout and nutritional plans as advised.
- Progress is dependent on client commitment, consistency, and honesty in communication.
- Clients must attend scheduled sessions or provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations.
Fees & Payments
- All program fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Fees are non-refundable except in cases of service discontinuation due to trainer availability or health-related issues, as determined by AAMIRSFI.
- Special discounts, trials, or offers may be time-bound and non-transferable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Sessions missed without 24-hour prior notice will be forfeited.
- AAMIRSFI reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies or unforeseen events.
Program Changes
- AAMIRSFI may modify the structure, content, or duration of the program to better suit client progress or based on evolving fitness goals.
- Clients will be notified of any major programmatic changes in advance.
Data Privacy
- Client data, including health information and progress reports, will be handled confidentially.
- AAMIRSFI may use anonymized transformation stories and testimonials for marketing purposes with prior client consent.
Termination of Services
- AAMIRSFI reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates the code of conduct, disrespects staff, or creates a hostile environment.
- Clients may choose to discontinue services at any time; however, refund policies apply as per Clause 5.
Promise & Commitment Clause
- AAMIRSFI commits to offering science-backed, goal-oriented coaching with complete dedication and transparency.
- The client's promise is to remain consistent, honest, and communicative to achieve sustainable transformation.
